MISSION

UNITECH Custom Designed for Demanding Applications

No two buildings are alike. Hundreds of hours are invested by architects and space planners in making sure each room and work area they design performs exactly as intended in terms of comfort, lighting, function and atmosphere. However, all of this expense and effort can fall far short if the air in the room is improperly conditioned, reducing the productivity of both employees and machines. High quality HVAC equipment custom designed to provide quiet, cost-efficient operation at any load is possibly the most important investment a building owner can make.

As opposed to standard commercial units that offer little in terms of operational flexibility, UNITECH units are recognized by consultants, engineers and building owners for their versatility, performance and service records. Each UNITECH system is custom designed to match the exact customer requirements in the most cost effective manner possible. When you purchase a UNITECH unit, you are buying the UNITECH name and reputation for manufacturing flexibility and service that goes back nearly two decades.

UNITECH has led the industry in the design and manufacturing of HVAC systems. Incorporating management's unique philosophy that a total-system approach to air conditioning and heating was the most efficient and cost-effective method of climatizing a large structure, UNITECH engineers originated the package concept system.

Innovative technology applied to production over the next two decades enabled UNITECH to continue to expand into new markets. Engineers designed air handlers, package chillers and versatile, multizoned units. When the energy crises caused concern in the 1970's, UNITECH again led the industry in reintroducing energy-efficient evaporative and water-cooled condensers.

Today, UNITECH builds and installs HVAC systems for commercial and industrial use throughout the western United States. With cooling capacities ranging up to 400,000 cfm, each system is custom-designed to provide the most efficient, cost-effective method of heating and cooling a building. Construction is handled with professional pride and care at the modern Salt Lake City plant. Extensive testing in the factory minimizes delays during installation and warranty protection provides customers with an assurance of continued satisfaction.

Although its product line has changed considerably in the past, one thing remains the same:

UNITECH is as committed today to quality engineering and excellent service as it was in 1988.
