As with all HVAC equipment manufactured by Unitech, our air handling units are built with reliable industrial components proven to provide decades of dependable service.

Unitech’s unique, industrial-duty welded internal frame provides unparalleled structural stability for every unit manufactured in our plant. Heavy-gauge sheet metal is used for the flooring and general construction consists of inverted standing seam. This type of construction renders a smooth exterior look and feel. The roof and internal components are supported by the frame, not off of the side panels. This rigid frame is much more rugged than formed-panel units built by other manufacturers. In addition to improving overall construction strength, Unitech air handlers’ rigid framework provides for more design flexibility. Rigid construction is also important in maintaining air tightness.

Serviceability is another key design concept, with man-sized doors, accessible components and service vestibules, when specified. Because routine maintenance is more convenient, units will operate trouble free.
