For sound-sensitive applications like up-scale commercial office buildings, hospitals and convention centers, Unitech air handling units provide conditioned air economically and quietly.
Our commitment to research and design has resulted in air handlers with extremely high acoustical performance. We can accurately and reliably predict sound power levels at both the inlet and outlet sections of units, as well as the radiated sound power levels. As a result, Unitech’s air handling units are extremely quiet.

Internally spring-isolated fans mounted on heavy-duty structural steel supports, flex connections and acoustical sidewall insulation are standard features. Fans, including plenum, vane axial and mixed flow, can be specially selected for their acoustical performance. Unitech also recommends that acoustical plenums be supplied to meet the most stringent sound requirements. Other options include internal sound attenuators and perforated liners to provide maximum sound attenuation.
